Question: So what is search engine optimisation?

You may have a website that looks fantastic to visitors, but does it “look” good to the Search Engines?
 
In order for your website to rank highly in the results that a search engine reports back to its users, your site needs to be optimised.
 
Most web users will now go straight to a Search Engine, usually Google, to find a service provider in their town and, unless you appear in the first two pages, you will not get visitors!
 
Our aim is to get you as many Top 10 placements on particular phrases that your prospective clients will be typing into Google.

If a technophobe like me can find this stuff interesting and easy then anyone with their own website will! It's great to maximise the potential of my previously invisible website, which after all is my main "shop window". Thanks Rob for turning me onto something I was so reluctant to do myself. It's both saved me £1000's in fees to an SEO company and my enquiries have doubled even after only two weeks!
